I’ve been avoiding this website for, well, years now! Why? Because the last two and half years have been almost too much to process. There has been so much change and such a deep dive into my own emotions that I haven’t wanted to face it, at least not publically. And, that’s not to say that it’s all been bad. In fact, most of what has crossed my path in the last few years has been pretty remarkable and, at the end of the day, incredibly rewarding.
Ringing in the New Year is an exciting time for everyone, but it holds an even greater significance for me, because New Year’s Eve, now, marks the day I married my best friend and forever love.
True, deep love is a privilege that is written in the stars. It is something we all reach for, but not something that can be forced. Just a few years ago, I said I didn’t believe in “true love” or marriage for that matter…and then, so unexpectedly, one man walked into my life, and my whole world changed.
